The local news station called "Indy's Hard Stories" with NICOLE RICHARDS (the lead reporter) is looming nearby as SHERIFF ROUTZON approaches her for questioning. The story then travels back in time to answer the question: What happened on this fateful full moon night of June 4th, 2012?ALICE BLAKE uproots her family (husband MARTY, stepdaughter JESSICA, and dog BLACKY) to the little Midwestern community college town of Oblong, Indiana. She lands her dream job, and finds the perfect home by a lake. MARTY opens his dream in their backyard, The Hot Rod Shop, and even hires their neighbor, STEVE PETERS. Everything is going great for the BLAKE family. But, her little happy dream will be something far more terrifying than anyone, even ALICE, could imagine. One morning, after a full moon, ALICE's destiny changes forever. Their beloved dog BLACKY goes missing-never returning home during a full moonlit night.
