After the moon broke, nothing was the same. DAVEY, a young man who has lost most of his memory of the past, struggles to make sense of the new world and life as it is now, trying to survive with his older friend QUINCY. As Davey and the townspeople struggle to find proper sleep due to the effects of the remaining moon, they turn to an elixir known as 'the drink' to help them rest, provided by the nefarious duo CHARLIE and MR. MICKEY, both of whom have heard of rumors of someone or something falling from inside the moon. Davey soon finds himself in the company of a mysterious young woman named HELENA, who claims to have a special connection to the moon. As pieces of the remaining moon edge closer to the town Charlie, Mr. Mickey, and the townspeople desperately search the area for Davey and Helena, thinking that the answer to eternal life somehow rests with the knowledge they possess. Davey and Helena set out on an adventure to survive the townspeople and restore the moon as it once was, all the while encountering a disturbing group of characters.
