The constant theme of this book involves self-awareness, and understanding that we can have an impact on many life scenarios. In many instances, we unfortunately accept occurrences in life that are less than optimal. We don't take personal steps to improve the unfavorable situations, because we don't believe that we can do anything to achieve improvement. With the explanations illustrated through factual accounts of my life and the lives of people I have observed, you will better understand the "I can" thought process.
