The book describes the bad effects of global warming on the earth and its inhabitants. Greenhouse gas emissions, the main cause of global waring, and the biggest greenhouse emitters are presented. The worst bad effect of global warming is the continuous rise of sea level. According to all published reports, the rise of sea level cannot be stopped. As a result, many coastal cities and low lands will be covered with water. Their inhabitants must leave their homes and move to higher grounds. Fortunately for the coastal cities and the world, this book presents a solution that stops, or even reverses, the rise of sea level. This solution is to use a portion of thee water the rivers of the world discharge into the open seas to grow 100 billion trees and irrigate 240 milllllion acres of agricultural crops. In addition to stopping the rise of sea level, this proposal absorbs 10 billion tinned of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere each year. This proposal was first presented in the author's book, Stopping the Rise of Sea Level, which was published in 2022. The book came to the conclusion that without the use of nuclear power plants. In nuclear submarines, the crew are only a few feet from active reactors. Yet, they do not suffer from radiation. Nuclear reactors of warships were studied. As a result, building small nuclear power plants is recommended. To focus on fighting global warming, there should be peace in the world. The Russian-Ukranian war attracted the world attention from fighting global warming to the fight between Ruusa and several western countries. World War III will likely be between China and the U.S. The declared reasons are Tiwan and China South Sea. The actual reason, in this author's opinion is that China's GDP will surpass that of the U.S. in 10 years. China's leaders think that their country should replace the U.S. as the superpower of the world and that China's currency, the Yuan, should replace the U.S. dollar as the international currency of the world.
