I have been on this journey of life going on sixty years this September, and I have always wanted to tell my story. Growing up in the '60s and '70s, there wasn't much information or help available for young women trapped in dysfunctional situations, like myself. I can look back now and even laugh about some of the hard times our family went through. Laughter proved to be good medicine for me. I'm happy to report that my life has been transformed. More DescriptionI have been on this journey of life going on sixty years this September, and I have always wanted to tell my story. Growing up in the '60s and '70s, there wasn't much information or help available for young women trapped in dysfunctional situations, like myself. I can look back now and even laugh about some of the hard times our family went through. Laughter proved to be good medicine for me. I'm happy to report that my life has been transformed. Even though I experienced trauma throughout my life, I am healthy enough to help others in need. As my own story unfolds, you will see that my ministry is a calling from God. He has taken my own pain and used it for His glory and His people who are currently suffering. I am not unscathed from my experiences, but I have dedicated the rest of my life to helping anyone I can, in any way that I can. Are you currently in a situation where you feel trapped and cannot get out? Are you angry? Do you think that it is never going to end? Have you ever wondered where God is in all this? I have learned during the course of my life that the hand of God is always visible-even in these crazy circumstances-I just needed to look for Him. Please understand that you are not alone. You have a chance to get the help now. I wish that I could go back in time and show my dad and mom a glimpse of what God could do in their lives. I would have told them what I am telling you now¬-God loves you! It is plain and simple. He wants you to release all your hurt and pain to Him. He will carry your burdens and be the lifter of your head. God loves us beyond our wildest imaginations. We must trust that in our messy lives, He is in the process of showing us how to rely on Him for everything.
