Companies have to re-organize their global and local operations into integrated, customer-centric units, improve operational agility and address growth opportunities, all through technological solutions. Any structural change into the future will be largely technology driven. 'Mere MBA' managers are dinosaurs in IoT times. The MBA manager is, at best, a dilapidated relic of a bygone era. IoT world calls for intricate awareness of processes. Ignorance cannot be a bliss.
