More Description"Poems for my Friends" came about on a art community I belong to called RedBubble .Where artist share their work and post comments on one another´s art. After viewing many other artist wonderful images I started to post poems based on what the image said to me and how it moved me.The response to the poems was wonderful.I received many interesting e-mails describing how the poem effected the reader of the poems. In many cases the poems reflected what was going on in the life of the reader whom created the image. There was always the question from the reader how did you know that was going on in my life.Or what made you see that someone close to me was dying? My answer was always I didn't know but something told me to write a poem about death or about losing someone or being in love.None of the people are personal friends of mine other than people who´s work I admire and who belong to the same art community as I.So after viewing the number of poems I had I decided to create a book with them and their images that inspired my poems. All of these people have become artist that I continue to follow on RedBubble as they create new and exciting works. After each photo at the bottom of the page you will find their name if space provided, or on the bottom of the next page with my poem..Also in the back of the book the URL to their web sites on RedBubble. Please contact them and share your thoughts on their lovely work.I hope you like all of the wonderful artist in this book and read my poems, over and over again.David Roman
