(CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization. The organization, consisting of a handful of dedicated volunteers, is Noblesville-based with a global reach. CEArts is the home of online Arts Showcase exhibit opportunities, @theroundtable podcast and short videos series, and two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE), in its 7th year in 2021, and The Polk Street Review (TPSR) publication (est. 2011; published by CEArts since 2017). CEArts offers a variety of arts-related workshops, podcast and short videos participation opportunities, and more throughout the year. Our projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
