More DescriptionUsing hearing, seeing, movement and language virtually to teach is challenging! This volume provides strategies, methods and materials that make your job much easier. The first book "20 Minute Phonemic Training for Dyslexia, Auditory Processing and Spelling" showed how to use all modalities to develop skills for hearing individual sounds in words and matching them to letters in the right order. The lists and strategies guided you through 20 minute lessons for one syllable words. In this book, you now have assessments to help you begin your students at just the right level of syllable and choice of chained word lists. Instructions make planning easy so that you can select only those lists your student needs. More lists are provided AND when one syllable words are mastered, then a way to teach them to decode and spell 3 to 5 syllable words is presented along with practice pages. You will find that using your whiteboard and annotation or screen control options in the virtual classroom works well. Indeed, all three of the students discussed in chapters 2 and 10 received part if not all of their training virtually! Be prepared for the next time school closes and you find you must teach your students virtually and order your copy today.
